We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager at HAVEN, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our social media strategy across multiple platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversions.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the content calendar for all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).

• Create and publish engaging posts, stories, and reels that align with our brand identity.

• Monitor performance and analyze key metrics to continuously improve reach, engagement, and ROI.

• Manage community interactions: respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build a loyal community.

• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to produce visually stunning, on-brand content.

• Stay up-to-date with trends, algorithms, and new features to ensure HAVEN is always ahead in the social space.

• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or lifestyle/wellness brands.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

• Experience with content creation (basic design and video editing skills are a plus).

• Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for storytelling and brand tone.

• Data-driven mindset: ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into strategy.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A proactive, creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and building communities.
